Kaiser Furniture, established in 2004, is a Taiwanese-owned enterprise specializing in high-end furniture manufacturing. Our product portfolio includes bedroom, living room, dining room, and office furniture, as well as customized sofas.
The factory is located in My Phuoc Industrial Park (Kaiser1) and Rach Bap Industrial Park (Kaiser2) in Ho Chi Minh City, about 60 KMs northwest of Ho Chi Minh City Center. Our facilities span 500,000 square meters, with a total investment exceeding $200 million.
With 12 advanced manufacturing lines and a workforce of nearly 10,000 employees, we achieve a monthly production capacity of over 1,000 containers, positioning us as one of the largest mid-to-high-end furniture manufacturers in Asia.
To further enhance production efficiency and smart manufacturing capabilities, the company established an AI Digital Department in 2020. This initiative accelerates the adoption of advanced automation in manufacturing processes, driving industry upgrades, improving precision, and optimizing overall operational efficiency.
Technology & Research and Development (R&D):
Driven by a commitment to technological innovation and equipment upgrades, Kaiser lines up to 300 leading CNC machinery, a leading capacity in Asia, and equipped with advanced Danish dust extractor system to ensure a clean and environmentally friendly workspace, alone with cutting-edge Italian high-speed laser engraving machine. These high-precision technologies not only enhance product accuracy and production efficiency but also reinforce Kaiser’s competitiveness in the global market. Furthermore, we have established Asia’s only dedicated furniture testing lab and Equilibrium moisture content testing chamber. Through rigorous quality control, and advanced manufacturing techniques, we ensure that every piece of furniture meets the strict standards of diverse international market.
Vertical integration and local content rate:
In order to cope with the challenges of lacking of components supply chain in Vietnam, Kaiser has adopted a “self-upgrading” strategy, significantly increasing its in-house production rate to over 95%. Nearly all metal parts, glass and other components are manufactured internally. This vertical integration strategy has enabled Kaiser to maintain a leading position in the industry and ensure a stable supply of high-quality furniture.
